What is the difference between working with you and a realtor?

We specialize in getting people in every situation into houses TODAY. Real estate agents are equipped to handle straightforward real estate transactions, but are rarely any help if complications pop up.

We are not just agents listing properties for other people. We own or control all of the properties we have for sale. As a result, you are able to work directly with the person who makes the decision to sell. Whether it’s owner financing, lease-options, low/no down payment, or rent to own, we have all of the tools at our hands to get you into a house immediately when realtors would just toss up their hands and give up.

I have ugly credit… Can I still buy a house?

Under most circumstances, absolutely! In fact it is pretty common for people with less than stellar credit to purchase a home. There are some special cases where we might not be able to help, but we are experts at helping people with credit problems get into the houses of their dreams. I can’t verify my income… Can I still buy a house?

The housing market has hit the self-employed especially hard. When you work with us, we have our own methods of income verification. In fact, it’s one of the easiest obstacles to home ownership to overcome.

What kind of houses do you sell?

We sell houses in all conditions, price ranges, and areas. We work with everything from handyman specials to high end luxury homes, so if we don’t have what you’re looking for right now, keep checking back! You’ll be able to see the house before it even hits the market!

How much do you charge?

Absolutely nothing! Unlike real estate agents, we own or control all of the properties we have for sale. As a result, we do not charge the typical commission.
